  • How do I schedule my appointment?

    You can request an appointment here or give our team a call at (402) 431-1780 to schedule a visit.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Our team accepts most major insurance providers, such as Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Principal, Sun Life, United Concordia, Delta Dental, United Healthcare and Benemax.

  • Do you accept Medicaid?

    We do not accept Medicaid, including TotalCare, Molina, UHC Community Plan, or WellCare.

  • What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?

    Our practice offers a variety of convenient financing options to fit your budget. Even if you don’t have dental insurance, you can still join our dental savings plan or pay via CareCredit, our third-party payment provider.

  • What hours is your office open?

    Our practice is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

  • How long does an appointment take?

    Your appointment time can vary, depending on the type of consultation, service, or treatment our team is providing.

  • What do I need for my first appointment?

    When coming in for your first visit, please bring your completed new patient forms (can be accessed here), X-rays taken by a previous dentist, a valid ID, a list of medications you are currently taking, a list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries, and your dental insurance card, if you are covered and paying through insurance.

  • How often do I need a dental checkup?

    We recommend having a dental checkup and cleaning once every six months. We may recommend more frequent checkups, depending on your oral health needs.
